Shipping and Delivery Questions
When will my order arrive?
We will endeavour to ship your order a day after it has been placed! Please do allow us a few weeks to deliver your order as we deliver internationally.
Ideally your order should be with you in two-four weeks. if not, please contact us and we will sort it out for you. Customizable orders do take longer as we have to customise them before they can be sent out*

Can I cancel my order after ordering?
Customers are unable to cancel orders with customizable products as these are specifically made for said customer.
All other orders can be cancelled up to a day after the order has been sent.
We only allow up to a day for order cancellations as we ship products very quickly.

Why is my order late?
Orders may take longer if they are being shipped Internationally. There are more checks on shipping cargo due to the current world affairs.

How long do customizable items take to arrive?
Customizable items are produced after the order has been placed, the manufacturing stage takes up to seven days.

Your product should then be sent out. Please do be aware that if your oder has multiple products which include costumizable products, they will be sent out all together after the customizable product has been made
